Projects

I not really the kind of man in having projects, I am more the kind of man who examined the opportunities offered to him by life. Currently, my biggest project is simple: succeed in my studies to have a good position in good company to savour the life at it just value.

Development of a 3D Food Printer

During my studies in Gi, I had the opportunity in second year to work on an Project named "Collaborative FabLab" which is a course where students are in group of five and they must respond to requirements proposed by industrialists.

Our project was commissionned by Anne-Sophie Pic, a Michelin-rated chief and her design team. The main objective consisted in developping a 3D Food Printer which will be able to be implemented in a profesional kitchen.

After five months of work - one have been consecrated to a state of the art - it has been able to print with chocolate, with approximately 2 or 3 centimeter height.

This project, give me confimation I want to work in 3D printing and I want to develop it in all the directions that our imagination allow us.

Double Diploma in Montreal

One of the thing that made me choose GI rather than another universities it is offer of foreign destination, especially those for a double diploma.  We can go study in each continent : Australia, United States, Canada, China... We really have a big choice of foreign destination.

During my young life, I did not a lot of opportunities to go abroad. I went in United Kingdom - Worthing more precisely -, in Norway - Lillehammer - and in Spain, at Barcelona. But It was with a private organism or with the high school so it was short.

Now, according to my experience with erasmus students, I want to travel and I think a double diploma in Montreal is a very good opportunity to discover Canadian culture - 6 months or less is too short - while I finished my studies in a different way.

Aeronautics or Aerospatial

I come from a familly very interested by aeronautics: my grandfather was an aeromecanician on aircraft carrier and for the IGN - the National Institut of Geography- and my father fly during his free time. So, to make it short, I bath on that field since I am a little baby.

At first, I signed in Preparatory Classes for Higher Studies in order to become a fighter pilot. Nevertheless, when I finished them, I discover I was someone different and that my child dream was no more. Which is why I decided to become an engineer.

According to me, there is only two worlds which have not been yet discovered: the space and the atoms worlds which is why I want to evolve in Aerospatial to be part of those men and women who create and imagine the future.
